Sunnen's DCB-750 Digital Control Balancer is designed to quickly and accurately take care of your balancing needs.
The Sunnen DCB-750 measures imbalance from .01 grams to 1,000 grams. It has a capacity of 500 pounds to accommodate the variety of cranks serviced by a typical shop. The DCB-750 can handle cranks up to 48" (1,219 m) long and up to 24" (,609 m) in diameter.
The DCB-750 has a hard bearing design, which provides greater sensitivity for accurate and repeatable measurements. It stores 100 setups in a battery-backed memory.
The DCB-750's digital speed control automatically selects RPM to ensure maximum safety and sensitivity up to 750 RPM. The DCB-750 senses the amount of imbalance and determines RPM automatically. This prevents unbalanced parts from being thrown from the machine. A drill depth indicator calculates the correct depth for material removal, eliminating the need for charts or tables. Also, the DCB-750 needs only 14.5 square feet (4,42 square meters) of floor space, and its design allows for storage under the base of the machine.
